Sr Software Development Engineer

The Senior Software Development Engineer will be responsible for designing and delivering reliable, accessible, and high-performance front-end experiences. This role requires ownership of complex product features, close collaboration with engineering and product partners, and a commitment to building exceptional user experiences.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable front-end applications, interfaces, dashboards, and workflows.

Build intuitive experiences for complex, data-heavy environments involving identity security, analytics, and enterprise workflows.

Contribute to front-end architecture, reusable component libraries, and design system improvements.

Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to transform concepts and requirements into polished solutions.

Design and integrate APIs while optimizing data retrieval, performance, and user feedback loops.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating actively in code reviews and engineering discussions.

Champion accessibility, usability, performance, and engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.

Mentor other engineers and share expertise to improve front-end development standards and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experienced front-end engineer with strong expertise in modern web development, enterprise SaaS applications, and user-focused engineering.
• Strong experience building front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, with Angular and TypeScript preferred; experience with React or Vue is also valuable.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript and modern front-end architecture, including component design, state management, monorepos, and design systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered coding assistants such as Claude Code or similar agentic development tools to deliver production-quality software.
• Experience building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs and integrating with cloud-based backend services.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard technologies such as D3, Chart.js, or Highcharts.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG, as well as performance optimization and usability principles.
• Experience developing cloud-hosted SaaS applications, preferably within AWS environments.
• Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to balance technical excellence with practical delivery.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and design teams.
