Sr Site & Service Manager
About the role
Nalco, an Ecolab Company, seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations, ensure safety, and reduce environmental impact at customer facilities in the Global High-Tech group.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to Nalco's service team and scope of work execution on a day-to-day basis
- Plan and conduct audits to review operations & maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and contract requirements
- Plan and schedule work, supervise technicians, coordinate purchases, manage repairs, and ensure contract terms & conditions are met
- Communicate with Nalco sales team and District Management regarding SOW execution, project support, and service team performance
- Aid in the business development process for new business and contract renewals
- Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan
- Manage 5-10 direct reports (field service technicians)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
- Five years of technical operations and water treatment experience
- Operations experience in an administrative and budgetary role
- Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office programs
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
- Five years of managerial or supervisory experience including multi-site operations
- Strong working knowledge of industrial water treatment technologies including RO, heating and cooling, physical and chemical processes, corrosion protection, and biological (anaerobic and aerobic) systems

Pay
The total Compensation range for this position is $93,800-$140,600, which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.
Schedule
This position supports 1 primary account in Phoenix, Arizona, targeting microelectronics space. Occasional weekend and on-call work may be required to cover emergencies during off hours.
