Responsibilities
- Maintain the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Understand and keep abreast of all federal, state and local regulations affecting operations.
- Interact with and manage a staff of technicians, ensuring productivity.
- Lead service management & reconditioning activities.
- Interact with external vendors.
- Fulfill all service activities needed to meet or exceed operating plan goals.
- Effective vehicle production and inventory control.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
- At least 2 years of automotive management and automotive customer service experience.
- Experience with implementing structured business processes.
- A hard-working can-do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
