Responsibilities

  • Maintain the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Understand and keep abreast of all federal, state and local regulations affecting operations.
  • Interact with and manage a staff of technicians, ensuring productivity.
  • Lead service management & reconditioning activities.
  • Interact with external vendors.
  • Fulfill all service activities needed to meet or exceed operating plan goals.
  • Effective vehicle production and inventory control.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
  • At least 2 years of automotive management and automotive customer service experience.
  • Experience with implementing structured business processes.
  • A hard-working can-do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
