Sr. Site Reliability Engineer
About the role
A Sr. Site Reliability Engineer is needed to handle reliability, monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms. Payment experience is required due to the project involving millions of transactions. The ideal candidate should have experience with Splunk and Dynatrace, Python scripting, and SQL. They must also have strong experience with SRE transformation in a large, regulated enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Experience leading or managing site reliability engineering teams
- Implementing SLO/SLI/error-budget frameworks at scale
- Managing incidents, minimizing MTTR, and reducing operational toil
- Ensuring reliability and risk management in complex banking and payments environments
Requirements
- Experience as a Lead or Senior Site Reliability Engineer
- Payment experience required
- Strong experience with Splunk and Dynatrace
- Experience with Python scripting and SQL
- Experience with SRE transformation in a large, regulated enterprise
- Experience with implementing SLO/SLI/error-budget frameworks at scale
- Experience with incidents, MTTR, operational toil, and reliability risk
Qualifications

Pay
Pay Range*: $55/hr to $60/hr. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Schedule
Full-time contract duration of 12+ months.
