Sr. ServiceNow Engineer (TS/SCI w/ CI Poly)

About the role

The Sr. ServiceNow Engineer is responsible for delivering complex ServiceNow projects within a secure environment. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities, certifications, and compliance with DOD 8140 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ServiceNow projects with a focus on security and compliance.
• Lead and oversee a total system perspective, including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure, and security domains.
• Configure tools for end-to-end visibility, monitoring, and analytics, such as AppDynamics and DynaTrace.
• Integrate virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques.
• Expertly troubleshoot and solve complex issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Security+ CE Certification.
• ServiceNow Certifications.
• Proven experience in delivering similar scope projects.
• Understanding of all security-related requirements in secure environments.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and ability to decompose tasks for Jira stories.
• Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills.
• Strong technical documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• STEM degree.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Experience configuring tools for end-to-end visibility, monitoring, and analytics.
• Experience integrating virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques.
• Experience leading and overseeing a total system perspective.
• Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management, TeamWork Cloud/Cameo experience, Microsoft Project, and Tableau.
