ServiceNow Engineer (TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required)

About the role

The ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing ServiceNow systems within a secure environment. They will deliver complex projects, ensuring compliance with all security-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ServiceNow projects with a focus on security and compliance
• Manage and optimize ServiceNow systems
• Ensure all projects adhere to security policies and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Document processes and procedures for future reference

Requirements

• 10 years of ServiceNow experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• DOD 8140 requirements met (Security+ CE Certification)
• ServiceNow certifications held
• Proven expertise as a senior ServiceNow engineer
• Understanding of security requirements in secure environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Ability to decompose tasks for Jira stories
• Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
• Strong technical documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• STEM degree
• Experience with MBSE
• Experience with AppDynamics, DynaTrace, and other monitoring tools
• Experience with virtualized applications and application streaming
• Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management and TeamWork Cloud/Cameo
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Tableau
