Sr. ServiceNow Engineer

Job Description

This role is responsible for hands-on delivery of ServiceNow solutions, including module implementation, workflow development, and third-party integrations, in close partnership with an implementation partner and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with demonstrated ground-up implementation ownership.
• Proven experience building integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems or ERP platforms.
• Strong configuration experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience working directly with the ServiceNow workflow engine.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Self-directed, proactive, and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow Source-to-Pay module.
• Scripting experience within ServiceNow.
• Background in a complementary technical discipline, such as data engineering, business analysis, or data analytics, prior to specializing in ServiceNow.
• Python or similar scripting language proficiency.
