Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and maintenance functions to Loram customers within a specific region.
- Maintain unit uptime to customer expectations.
- Service top of rail and gauge face lubricator units to specified guidelines.
- Perform lubrication service program for railroad customers.
- Manage inventory held on maintenance vehicle through company processes.
- Plan work based on length and task difficulty, develop schedules, and anticipate and adjust for problems to meet objectives.
- Process work orders and complete all necessary delivery tickets, warranty paperwork, and returns through approved company processes.
- Build customer and supplier relations for improved products and services.
- Work with Sales Department to ensure customer expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Required: 1+ years of Field service experience with customer facing role, 2+ years working in a railroad environment, Basic computer skills, Maintain railroad safety training and certifications, Currently hold a DOT medical card.
- PREFERRED: Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is between $50,800-$71,100.
