Sr. Service Now Developer (Notify)

About the role

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid Contract opportunity is based in San Antonio, TX and offers the chance to enhance enterprise communication capabilities through advanced platform development and system integration efforts. The selected candidate will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions, improve service delivery processes, and support operational continuity across the organization. Success in this role requires strong platform expertise, integration experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise communication and notification solutions by designing, configuring, and enhancing platform functionality to support critical operational processes.
• Oversee platform integrations with external messaging services and connected business applications, ensuring reliable communication delivery and data accuracy.
• Streamline incident related communications through workflow automation, process improvements, and stakeholder notification strategies that support business continuity.
• Coordinate with technical teams, operational leaders, and business partners to gather requirements, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and implement scalable solutions.
• Maintain platform performance through troubleshooting, optimization efforts, documentation development, governance adherence, and ongoing operational support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and supporting solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including advanced configuration and customization activities.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise notification and communication capabilities, including integration with third party messaging providers and communication platforms.
• Strong technical knowledge of JavaScript, workflow automation tools, integration frameworks, web services, and API development methodologies.
• Experience working with configuration management data, operational monitoring solutions, service management processes, and Agile project environments.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or other platform implementation credentials, along with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Pay

$70 to $80/hr
