Machine Operator S1 - 5th Shift (Onsite)
What You Will Do
- Demonstrate proper work methods and procedures with use of tools and equipment
- Run written CNC programs OR operate Kasto saws with minor supervision
- Produce a number of uncomplicated parts that shows good faith in obtaining the desired production rate and quality
- Support the cell’s continuous improvement and all CORE and EH&S initiatives, including wearing required personal protective equipment
- Perform walk around of machines
Qualifications You Must Have
- HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D. in the US)
- Strong attendance record
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work hours outside of the regular shift
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Able to wear a respirator

Pay and Benefits
The pay range is $21.00 per hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
This role is an Onsite role. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
