About the role
This role provides administrative support to leaders, manages calendars/scheduling, greets visitors, answers phones, handles confidential information, works with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred
- Human Resources experience a plus
- 3 years of office management, secretary/administrative, or Human Resources experience, in an office setting
- Computer, Microsoft Office and Outlook skills a must
- Must be comfortable working in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Able to learn quickly
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Able to make appropriate job decisions while following process and procedures
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
