Sr. SEC Reporting Accountant

Responsibilities

• Aid the SEC Manager with external reporting, production of 10K’s, 10Q’s and all external reporting and SEC disclosures
• Assist with the month end close including journal entries, expense analysis and financial statement analysis
• Provide support to internal and external auditors
• Be a go-to for technical accounting projects and compliance, SOX compliance and process improvements/risk analysis
• Contribute to other ad hoc projects as assigned

  Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Prior public accounting with CPA or on CPA track
  • Strong technical skills / SEC reporting exposure
