About the role

AWS is seeking an exceptional developer to work on the challenging problem of accelerating our customer's journey from on-premises computing to running their businesses on AWS. Delivering a reliable and high-performance service at AWS scale requires engineers with extraordinary technical expertise and boundless creativity.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an agentic solution that helps large enterprise companies migrate their computing to AWS.
• Work with customers to understand their business needs and implement innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with a team of AI/ML practitioners, applied scientists, software engineers, and solution architects to create groundbreaking technologies.
• Deliver high-quality and ground-breaking functionality to customers worldwide.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $168,100.00 - $227,400.00 annually.
