The Senior Scheduling Manager leads production planning and scheduling for a Carrier manufacturing facility, balancing demand and capacity to maximize customer service while optimizing inventory.
Responsibilities
- Leads the production planning and scheduling strategy.
- Balances demand and capacity to ensure service and adherence-to-plan.
- Supports the SIOP/S&OP process and mid-term planning.
- Leads and develops the scheduling and planning team.
- Schedules production to enable inventory optimization.
- Partners with Production, Materials and Commercial to execute the plan.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of production planning/scheduling experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field, expertise owning the SIOP/S&OP process and mid-term capacity planning, strong knowledge of MRP, ERP and advanced-planning systems, proven ability to balance demand and capacity to maximize service while optimizing inventory, strong analytical, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, APICS certification (CPIM), experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Pay
The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
