Solution Design & Transformation

• Lead the architecture, end-to-end configuration, and implementation of SAP EPPM modules (PPM, CPM, and PS) for the ECC-to-S/4HANA migration.
• Work directly with the Product Option Architecture (POA) team to align WBS with manufacturing BOMs and customer-ordered tool configurations.
• Own future-state engineering for project costing, R&D cost-object controlling, capitalization of assets (AUC), and budget tracking in a manufacturing finance environment.
• Architect and govern seamless integrations across SAP EPPM, FICO, Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Drive the project data migration strategy, ensuring historical financial information, active project configurations, and actual costs match regulatory compliance standards.
• Design comprehensive SIT test scripts, lead cross-functional execution cycles, and drive defect resolution across integrated workstreams (FICO, MM, PP, SD) to validate the end-to-end rollout solution.
• Architect, monitor, and troubleshoot IDoc interfaces (such as Project/WBS distribution and material master synchronization) between SAP S/4HANA and external PLM or legacy tools.

Financial Process Engineering

• Own future-state engineering for project costing, R&D cost-object controlling, capitalization of assets (AUC), and budget tracking in a manufacturing finance environment.

Cross-Functional Integration

• Architect and govern seamless integrations across SAP EPPM, FICO, Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Sales and Distribution (SD).

Data Migration & Go-Live Readiness

• Drive the project data migration strategy, ensuring historical financial information, active project configurations, and actual costs match regulatory compliance standards.

System Integration Testing (SIT)

• Design comprehensive SIT test scripts, lead cross-functional execution cycles, and drive defect resolution across integrated workstreams (FICO, MM, PP, SD) to validate the end-to-end rollout solution.

IDoc & Interface Governance

• Architect, monitor, and troubleshoot IDoc interfaces (such as Project/WBS distribution and material master synchronization) between SAP S/4HANA and external PLM or legacy tools.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and rollout environments, with at least 5+ years dedicated specifically to S/4HANA or cloud transformation projects.
• Deep experience working inside semiconductors, high-tech capital equipment, or heavy manufacturing industries.
• Advanced configuration skills in SAP Project System (PS) (WBS, Networks, Costing/Settlement) and SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) (Portfolio Structure, Phase/Gate templates).
• Order Type Customizing: Configuring settlement profiles, budget profiles, planning profiles, and number ranges for both statistical and real Internal Orders.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical design, architecture, and delivery of ABAP on HANA developments on S/4HANA across RICEFW, custom Fiori applications, and BTP integration scenarios.
• Lead solution design workshops with client architects and functional consultants; produce HLD, LLD, and technical design documents.
• Design and develop HANA-optimized ABAP using CDS Views (annotations, associations, table functions), AMDPs, OData services (SEGW and RAP-based), and the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP).
• Lead the design and development of custom Fiori applications:
• SAPUI5, Fiori Elements (List Report, Object Page, Overview Page), and the Flexible Programming Model.
• Fiori Launchpad design, configuration, deployment, and authorizations.
• End-to-end Fiori app lifecycle frontend, OData backend, security, and deployment to ABAP/HANA or BTP.
• Design and deliver BTP-based Solutions:
• Side-by-side and in-app extensions using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) on BTP.
• Integration via SAP Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh.
• Use of BTP Destination Service, Connectivity Service, XSUAA, and BAS (Business Application Studio).
• Define and enforce development standards, clean core principles, and SAP's recommended extensibility approach (key user, developer, and side-by-side).
• Perform code reviews, design reviews, and performance tuning (SQL Monitor, Runtime Analysis, Code Inspector, ATC) across the delivery team.
• Lead and mentor a team of ABAP, Fiori, and BTP developers across offshore locations; drive quality gates and delivery standards.
• Engage with client stakeholders, business analysts, and enterprise architects to gather requirements, resolve escalations, and present technical solutions.
• Govern the development landscape using CI/CD pipelines, abapGit, Transport Management Service (TMS), and Cloud ALM / Solution Manager.
• Provide advisory and design authority review designs, set technical standards, and resolve cross-team escalations.
• Stay current with SAP's roadmap (ABAP Cloud / Steampunk, RAP, BTP, Joule, AI Foundation) and proactively recommend adoption of new capabilities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Minimum 9 years of total SAP experience with a strong hands-on ABAP development background.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on ABAP on HANA experience, with at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations as a Technical Lead.
• Deep expertise in ABAP on HANA:
• CDS Views annotations, associations, parameters, table functions, and extensions.
• AMDPs (ABAP Managed Database Procedures), HANA-optimized code pushdown, and performance tuning.
• RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP) managed and unmanaged scenarios, draft handling, business objects.
• Strong Hands-on Experience Developing Custom Fiori Applications:
• SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, and the Flexible Programming Model.
• Fiori Launchpad configuration, deployment, and authorizations.
• Fiori app extensions, Smart Templates, and Smart Controls.
• Proven experience leading client-facing workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders, and producing architecture deliverables.

Title 2: SAP BTP Development (ABAP) Lead

Minimum of 5 10 years in SAP FI/CO with a heavy concentration in S/4HANA implementations and transformations with bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting

Hands-on knowledge of S/4HANA Credit Management, Collections Management, and In-house Cash functions

Good knowledge of configuring Collections Management including collection segments and creation of customized worklists

Working knowledge of scenarios supported by SAP's In-House Cash (IHC) module including master data, Payment orders, IDOC set up and End of day process

Must have worked on SAP Best Practices scope items: Basic Credit Management (BD6) or Advanced Credit Management (1QM) In-House Banking (6BP) Collections and Dispute Management (BFC)

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and implementation.
• Deep understanding of Source to Settle / Procure to Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement capabilities.

Title 4: SAP MM ARCHITECT

MM Lead (Source to Settle) - We are seeking an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant with strong expertise in the Source to Settle (S2S) business process to join our SAP Technology Consulting practice.

Design Partner with client functional SMEs and business stakeholders to understand procurement and materials management business processes and requirements.

Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis for Source to Settle processes.

Design SAP MM solutions aligned to business requirements, SAP best practices, and enterprise architecture standards.

Assume ownership of the global transition blueprint aligning disparate workstreams to ensure a seamless cutover from legacy ECC MM to S/4HANA.

Validate and refine real-time integration loops with enterprise PLM platforms, Siemens Teamcenter, to seamlessly synchronize Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering change orders (ECOs), and material master data into S/4HANA MM.

Drive the delivery of high-velocity, low-latency integration architectures linking S/4HANA MM/PP with Shop Floor MES platforms, Mendix and Kinaxsis, for real-time inventory consumption, serial number tracking, and WIP visibility.
