Sr Sales Training Manager, Bioproduction (remote)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management plans and conduct impact assessments
• Design and deliver engaging training programs aligned with business objectives
• Create strategy for LMS administration and support
• Create innovative eLearning modules and performance support materials
• Execute change communication plans to engage employees during transformations
• Partner with regional teams to adapt initiatives and share best practices
• Track and report on training program effectiveness and KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, HR, instructional design, education, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training, change management, or related roles
• Advanced certifications in Value Based Selling, sales methodologies, or change management preferred
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning theory
• Experience developing eLearning content and web-based training modules
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms
• Strong project management and analytical skills

Pay

$130,000 – $173,000 annually
