Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategic customer plans to enhance sales and market penetration
- Maintain and strengthen ongoing customer relationships and satisfaction
- Interface effectively with varied stakeholders at all levels
- Drive a sales pipeline for complex transactions including digital solutions and service agreements
- Create detailed key Account Plans focusing on customer strategies and insights
- Monitor and develop the regional opportunity pipeline continuously
- Formulate and execute proposal strategies to leverage competitive strengths
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline
- Minimum 10 years in Power Generation Industry
- At least 5 years experience with Steam Turbine/Generator technology
- Minimum 5 years in Marketing, Sales, or Project Management in Power Generation
- High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience can substitute for degree

$128,400 – $213,900 annually
