Sr. Sales Manager – After Sales
Position Summary
The Sr. Sales Manager - After Sales is the primary commercial driver for Oil and Gas service sales across North and Latin America, responsible for identifying opportunities, developing competitive quotes, and closing deals from first contact through purchase order receipt. This role owns the full after sales growth agenda, from developing and monitoring distributor partner capabilities to generating new service product ideas and ensuring customer satisfaction across a dynamic and growing regional market. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and working cross-functionally with customers, distributor partners, and internal teams, this is a high-impact role for a self-driven commercial leader who thrives in the field.
What You Will Be Doing
- Drive Oil and Gas service sales growth across North and Latin America, prospect, develop, and follow through on service opportunities from initial contact through purchase order receipt, building a strong pipeline of after sales business.
- Develop and strengthen distributor partner capabilities, monitor spare parts inventory and engine availability, support partners in maximizing their after sales performance, and identify gaps or opportunities to improve overall channel effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of the market: monitor and report on market conditions, customer satisfaction trends, and competitive activity, and translate those insights into new Oil and Gas service product ideas that support long-term growth.
- Represent Rolls-Royce Power Systems with impact, engage customers and partners at all levels with professionalism, expertise, and a solutions-oriented mindset that strengthens relationships and reinforces the mtu brand.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
Basic Requirements
- Associate's degree in Engineering or Business with 7+ years of experience in support, sales, or parts-marketing within after-sales or a related field; OR
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with 5+ years of experience in support, sales, or parts-marketing within after-sales or a related field; OR
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business with 3+ years of experience in support, sales, or parts-marketing within after-sales or a related field; OR
- JD/PhD in Engineering or Business; OR
- 9+ years of experience in support, sales, or parts-marketing within after-sales or a related field in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on CRM experience with a proven track record of managing after sales pipelines, maintaining accurate account records, and following through on opportunities with discipline and consistency.
- Demonstrated ability to improve after sales performance in both favorable and challenging conditions, working independently across cross-functional teams, distributor networks, and customer organizations spanning multiple regions and cultures.
- Ability to present complex service solutions, proposals, and market insights clearly to customers and senior stakeholders, with strong organizational skills and the follow-up discipline to close opportunities in a long-cycle sales environment.
- Working knowledge of Rolls-Royce Power Systems and/or mtu organization, products, policies, and procedures or equivalent deep familiarity with a comparable industrial power systems or after sales brand in the Oil and Gas sector.
Pay
$122,741 - $199,454 annually. Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range.
