We have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Field Sales Consultant to join the Cengage team in Oregon and parts of Washington. As a Sales professional at Cengage, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and helping millions of learners improve their lives through education. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Pay

The full base pay range for this position is $67,000.00 - $87,100.00 USD. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.

In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s variable Sales incentive compensation program with a target of $60,000.00 USD annually. Actual incentive earnings are not guaranteed and may be more or less than the target amount based on achievement of performance goals and the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan.
