SR. Roofing Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients
• Climbing ladders
• Coinciding subcontractors
• Moving materials as heavy as 50+ lbs
• Buying and returning materials
• Sales
• Jobsite cleanliness
• Managing people
• Develop and manage project plans
• Oversee requirements management
• Cook with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
• Lead project teams by providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure high performance.
• Implement process mapping techniques to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Supervise team members, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of requirements management and vendor management.
• Proficiency in roofing.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
• Strong skills in process mapping and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay

$40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
