Roofing Sales Consultant
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, process-driven Roofing Sales Consultant to help grow our residential and commercial roofing division. This is a 'Closer' role where you will personally handle lead conversion, inspections, and closing. The ideal candidate is confident with homeowners, structured in their follow-up, comfortable using CRMs and technology daily, and capable of managing multiple jobs and customers professionally from inspection through project completion.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 (W-2)
- Sales commissions on personally closed jobs
- 401(k)

What We’re Looking For
- Proven Closer: 3+ years of experience in residential sales (Roofing/Home Improvement preferred)
- Tech-Fluent: Highly comfortable using mobile apps, CRMs, and video technology daily
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage projects in roofing, construction, or home improvement services
- Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable working in the field, including climbing roofs
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs
What You’ll Do
- Sales & Customer Management
- Run qualified appointments generated through marketing, referrals, and canvassing
- Perform residential and commercial roof inspections
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, damage, and solutions
- Present proposals and close roofing projects
- Maintain professional and consistent follow-up with leads and customers
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process
- Project Coordination
- Maintain communication with homeowners from contract through completion
- Cook up with production and office teams regarding scheduling and job progress
- Conduct final walkthroughs and collect customer reviews
- Ensure all job documentation and photos are properly uploaded into CRM systems
- Pipeline & Organization
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, notes, and job records
- Manage pipeline activity and follow-up tasks daily
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and customer communication
- Stay organized across multiple active projects and leads
