We’re not just selling roofs, we’re helping people protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform roof inspections and assess damage or aging issues.
- Educate homeowners on roofing and other exterior trade options and pricing.
- Build and present professional estimates and proposals.
- Leverage Storm Guard tools like AccuLynx for proposals and follow-ups.
- Guide clients through the entire retail sales process.
- Maintain and exceed monthly sales goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail residential roofing sales experience, or exterior trades (windows, gutters, siding, painting) experience.
- Comfortable using technology platforms for CRM and estimating.
- Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction basics.
- Motivated, coachable, and results-oriented.

Compensation
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
