About the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Sr. Rewards Specialist in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with Signify, the world leader in lighting.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts extensive market research to analyze current compensation benchmarks, identify trends and ensure competitive positioning.
  • Support design and enhancement of reward strategies, salary structures and pay frameworks.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to inform rewards program decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Rewards colleagues to support the design of effective and innovative reward programs.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver integrated reward solutions.
  • Deliver tools, dashboards, and reporting to improve transparency and effectiveness.
  • Implement reward programs in line with policy, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Contribute to regional and global reward initiatives, leading workstreams and driving successful project delivery where appropriate.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related field, with a focus on market research and data analysis.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and compensation software is beneficial.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay

$101,280 – 148,000 based on experience
