Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
• Generate and develop regular reports, create ad hoc reports, and conduct analysis to assist Revenue Cycle departments in understanding business performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Cycle leadership to gather requirements and ensure that reporting solutions meet their needs.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting processes and tools to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely-related field is required.
• In lieu of a degree, six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.

Work Experience

• 3 years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle or Revenue Cycle Information Systems, preferably with a focus on reporting KPIs, AR analysis, and process efficiencies.
• In lieu of a degree, nine (9) years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle or Revenue Cycle Information Systems, preferably with a focus on reporting KPIs, AR analysis, and process efficiencies.

Licenses and Certifications

• EPIC Certification in one of the following areas is required:
  • Caboodle Data Model
  • Clarity Data Model
  • Cogito
  • Revenue Data Model
  • Resolute Hospital/Professional Billing Administration
  • Other applicable area
