Sr. Research Specialist II (Biophysics & Biological Chemistry)

The role is responsible for managing a team of researchers and overseeing projects related to advanced data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of data analysts and engineers
• Develop and implement advanced data analytics solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business strategies
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics and management
• Proven track record in leading and mentoring a team
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL and other database query languages
• Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
