Sr Repair & Overhaul Maintenance Technician - M-F (3:30pm- 12am)

In this role, you will impact the operational readiness and longevity of semi-conductor systems, contributing to Honeywell's commitment to delivering dependable and high-quality semi-conductor solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed repair and overhaul maintenance on semi-conductor components and systems following established procedures and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections and functional tests to verify maintenance quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions to improve maintenance processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in repair and overhaul maintenance within semi-conductor or a related technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of semi-conductor maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance instructions accurately.
  • Proficiency in using precision hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments.
  • Experience with pick and place machines (e.g., MRSI).
  • Familiar with dispense machines.
  • Experience with auto ball bonding machines (e.g., Palomar).
  • Experience with auto wedge bonding machines (e.g., F&K).
  • Knowledge of manual bonding machines.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software, or hardware controlled by US export laws. To be eligible, you must be a “US Person” (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected under U.S. asylum/refugee status).

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or associate degree in semi-conductor maintenance or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in semi-conductor repair and overhaul maintenance or similar roles.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Schedule

  • Swing shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM

Pay

The hourly salary range for this position is $35.46–$44.35. This serves as a general guideline; actual offers consider factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market/business conditions.
