About the role

As a Sr. Relationship Manager within PNC's Corporate Banking organization, you will be based in Chicago, IL. You will set relationship strategies and manage client relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive strategies to acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  • Create and implement strategies to originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients, identifying and mitigating various types of risk.
  • Provide insights and ideas based on an understanding of client needs and financial well-being, focusing on client engagement and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain a network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients.
  • Use reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Formal credit training.
  • Experience with middle market clients (revenue of 100mm +).

  • Work experience: Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, higher level education such as a Masters degree, or PhD is desirable, and industry experience is typically 8 + years.

Pay

Base Salary: $184,800.00 – $343,200.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education.

Schedule

This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
