Responsibilities
- Establish the need for Kemin products and programs.
- Serve and walk customers through the options and concerns phase to decision-making.
- Support the key/top accounts of the sales person in each territory’s poultry farms, feed mills by providing information on nutrition management, health, and feed reformulation.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and promote products/programs among customers.
- Conduct trials to demonstrate the benefits of products/programs.
- Organize/participate in regional meetings/seminars to educate customers on nutrition.
- Visit important customers in the list (once every 30-45 days).
- Report market activity to the Senior Vice President Head – TS, BM & TSM.
- Train the sales team technically and provide adequate knowledge to customers on nutrition & farm management continuously.
- Write papers and popular articles in journals and technical articles on the needs of customers.
Qualifications
- MVSc in Animal Nutrition/Health/Poultry Science with 4-8 years of experience.
