About the Role

As a Sr Regional Manager, you will deliver key results—sales and profit—through a consistent, high-quality patient and customer experience across a multi-unit, cross-functional environment encompassing retail, lab, and doctor services. You will establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for vision needs within the community, drive market share and profitability growth, and ensure flawless execution of a superior customer experience. The typical scope of leadership includes 20-30 locations and store managers.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and coach Store Managers to achieve goals and foster execution of best practices for growth.
  • Lead teams through effective performance management to ensure goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Attract and hire high-caliber talent to ensure positions are filled timely.
  • Build a bench of talent internally and externally for future placement.
  • Analyze the business, create, and communicate clear action plans that optimize results.
  • Drive quality and improvement in the region to deliver on all key performance indicators.
  • Manage profits and expenses, ensuring proper usage of company funds.
  • Direct and approve workforce management activities according to brand policies, labor, and operational initiatives.
  • Ensure operational execution and brand standards are met in accordance with company direction.
  • Protect all company assets and ensure policies and practices are followed consistently.
  • Model behaviors and be accountable for delivering a consistent, brand-aligned patient and customer experience.
  • Inspire team growth through individual development plans to promote personal growth and accountability.
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to Store Managers.
  • Create an inspiring and inclusive work environment reflective of the brand.
  • Ensure all company-approved safety programs are implemented and maintained.
  • Work weekends and evenings to support business needs, ensuring optimal store operations and goal achievement.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of multi-unit retail experience.
  • 8+ years of management experience.
  • A proven track record of delivering positive results and growth.
  • Excellent business and financial acumen, including operational analysis.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies.
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong basic math skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 80%; willing and able to work weekends and be physically present in stores during high business need times.
  • Strong command of the English language for correspondence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a leadership position within retail or customer service industry.
  • Knowledge of basic optics and merchandise.

Pay

Starting pay for this role is $62,353.20. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
