Sr. Regional Manager
About the role
Achieve or exceed assigned annual quota through execution of approved Sales & Marketing plans and strategies. Develop long-term relationships with customers and key decision makers, assist in identifying key opportunities within each account, and provide feedback on market trends as well as competitor activity. Determine appropriate resources needed to support growth (e.g., training, clinical support specialists). Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performance sales team, including hiring, terminations, evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and work effectively with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years relevant experience
- Experience managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of medical device industry and hospital infrastructure
- Ability to analyze business systems and processes
- Demonstrated excellence in influencing, negotiating, and building partnerships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Travel Requirements: 50–60%
