Sr. Regional Recruiter
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Regional Recruiter to support our restaurant leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, particularly in multi-unit restaurant environments, and will be able to identify and coach leaders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Creatively source, screen, and provide selection guidance for Restaurant Manager and field leadership positions
- Facilitate the internal interview process for regional leadership positions
- Develop regional recruitment strategies with senior field leadership by identifying hiring trends through regular reporting while partnering with restaurant leadership to drive strategic priorities
- Provide coaching to leaders and champion best practices in staffing, interviewing, and candidate experience
- Partner with HRBP, other support employees, and COEs to implement market-specific recruitment strategies to address current and future needs
- Engage in critical activities to understand the business and enable talent succession planning effectively
- Coach peers on best practices and support the building and rollout of recruiting initiatives
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent, along with a bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
- 3-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field, preferably in a multi-unit restaurant or retail environment
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A results-driven approach with the ability to own and execute short and long-term projects with sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously to identify gaps and apply creative solutions in ambiguous situations
- A demonstrated ability to be a change agent, partnering with cross-functional and remote teams to support business leaders at all levels

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $79,000.00–$112,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
