Sr. Regional Marketing Manager

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting includes sections: Job Summary, Key Responsibilities, Metrics & Performance Analysis, Regional Market Presence & Brand Visibility, Partner & Systems Integrator Engagement, Budget & Resource Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration & Sales Partnership, Qualifications, Salary range, Benefits.
We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe from Job Summary), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities plus other execution sections?), Requirements (maybe Qualifications?), Skills (maybe from qualifications?), Benefits, Pay (salary range), Schedule (not present, so omit). Also we should not repeat job title. Should not include metadata like Job ID.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: About Neo4j description, Vision etc? The instructions: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Neo4j" and "Our Vision" maybe considered company description, not part of job posting? It's substantive? It's about the company, but maybe we should keep? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The About Neo4j and Vision are substantive about company but not directly about the job. However typical job posting includes that; but the instruction didn't say to remove company overview. It only says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we can keep About Neo4j and Vision as part of the job posting? But we need to format into sections; we could include an "About the company" section? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are specific: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content accordingly. The About Neo4j and Vision could go under About the role? Probably not. Might be considered filler? But it's substantive about the company; but not in allowed headings. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, but we should use those headings when appropriate. It also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can create sections for those headings if we have content. For About the role, we can use Job Summary. For Responsibilities, we can combine Key Responsibilities, Metrics & Performance Analysis, Regional Market Presence & Brand Visibility, Partner & Systems Integrator Engagement, Budget & Resource Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration & Sales Partnership. For Requirements, maybe Qualifications? Actually Qualifications is separate heading. Requirements could be something like "Bachelor's degree..." but that's also qualifications. We could treat Qualifications as Requirements? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements are things like education, experience; Qualifications could be skills, etc. But we can split: Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 10+ years experience, etc. Qualifications: maybe the list of skills like project management, analytics tools, etc. However the posting lumps them together under "Qualifications". We could put all under Qualifications and leave Requirements empty (but we must not emit empty heading). So we need to decide: maybe we treat the bullet list under "Qualifications" as Requirements (education, experience) and the later soft skills as Skills. Let's parse the Qualifications paragraph:
"Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of field, regional, or demand generation marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology; experience in the data, AI, or database/graph technology space is a plus.
Proven track record in building and executing a regional marketing strategy from the ground up, not just running pre-built campaigns.
Strong grasp of targeted account marketing, pipeline metrics, and marketing/sales alignment.
Comfortable working in marketing analytics and reporting tools to track performance and guide decisions.
Experience working with partner or channel teams and integrating partners/SIs into field programs is a plus.
Willing to take ownership of stretch projects outside the core job description when the business needs it.
A creative thinker who brings fresh campaign ideas and isn't afraid to try something new in-market.
A genuine self-starter and can-do problem-solver who takes ownership without waiting to be told what's next.
Excellent project management, budgeting, and analytical skills.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership abilities, comfortable operating at the Sr. Manager level with both field teams and senior stakeholders.
Proficiency with marketing technology and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Asana, or similar CRM/MAP/event/project management platforms).
Willingness to travel regularly across both assigned regions."
We can split: Requirements: education, years experience, proven track record, strong grasp, comfort with analytics tools, experience with partner/channel teams (maybe plus). Skills: creative thinker, self-starter, project management, communication, proficiency with tools, willingness to travel.
But we need to avoid duplication. Let's create:

We should not include Schedule as not present. We must not include any boilerplate like "About Neo4j" etc. We omitted that. Also we omitted "Our Vision". Good. Check for duplication: We included all responsibilities bullet points? Need to ensure we captured all from the sections. Let's extract responsibilities from the posting: Key Responsibilities: - Regional Marketing Strategy: Own and drive the field marketing strategy for the Northeast/Canada and Mid-Atlantic/Southeast regions, translating company and pipeline goals into a regional plan. - Set regional objectives, target segments and accounts, and KPIs, and adjust the plan as market conditions, competitive dynamics, or sales priorities change. - Bring a point of view on where and how to invest regional budget and time for the best return, rather than waiting for direction. - Ensure regional plans stay tightly aligned with corporate marketing, product marketing, sales, and revenue goals. Campaign & Pipeline Execution: - Plan and run integrated regional campaigns (field events, targeted account marketing programs, executive roundtables, third-party conferences, digital/local activations) that build and accelerate pipeline. - Partner with sales leadership on targeted account marketing for strategic accounts in each region. Metrics & Performance Analysis: - Define and track the KPIs that matter for each region: MQLs, stage 3 pipeline created and/or accelerated, meetings booked, event- and partner-sourced opportunities, and campaign ROI, and report on them consistently. - Use a mix of campaign data and qualitative feedback from the field to decide what to scale, adjust, or cut across both regions. - Analyze results after every major campaign or event to capture what worked, what didn't, and why, and apply those lessons to the next program. - Bring a data-driven point of view into regional planning conversations with sales and marketing leadership, and use metrics to justify budget and program decisions. Regional Market Presence & Brand Visibility: - Build the company's presence and reputation in aligned regions through a mix of field marketing events and local thought leadership. - Shape regional positioning and messaging, informed by competitive and industry trends specific to each market. - Represent the regions internally by flagging opportunities, risks, and market shifts to marketing and sales leadership. Partner & Systems Integrator Engagement: - Partner with the corporate partner team and regional partner sales managers to integrate strategic partners and systems integrators into regional events and campaigns. - Use partner co-marketing to strengthen those relationships, showcase the strength of the partner ecosystem to customers and prospects, and drive incremental event attendance and engagement. - Build joint regional programs with priority partners and SIs that create mutual pipeline value for both organizations. - Track partner participation and contribution to regional event performance, and share results back with the partner team. Budget & Resource Management: - Own the field marketing budget for both regions, allocating spend across programs to maximize pipeline and brand impact. - Track, forecast, and report on spend and ROI, and make the case for reallocating budget when a program isn't performing. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Sales Partnership: - Act as marketing business partner to regional sales teams, planning, delivering, and monitoring pipeline creation and contribution, and optimizing integrated activities across all channels to track results and maximize ROI. - Act as the connective tissue between regional sales and BDR/SDR teams and corporate marketing, product marketing, and regional marketing leadership to keep regional execution moving. - Communicate proactively with stakeholders, manage production timelines, and keep everyone aligned without needing heavy oversight. We need to include all these as bullet points under Responsibilities. Now ensure we didn't miss any. Now check Qualifications: we split into Requirements and Skills. Ensure we didn't miss any qualification items. List from Qualifications paragraph: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 10+ years of field, regional, or demand generation marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology; experience in the data, AI, or database/graph technology space is a plus. - Proven track record in building and executing a regional marketing strategy from the ground up, not just running pre-built campaigns. - Strong grasp of targeted account marketing, pipeline metrics, and marketing/sales alignment. - Comfortable working in marketing analytics and reporting tools to track performance and guide decisions. - Experience working with partner or channel teams and
