Sr Recruiting Ops Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Team stakeholders throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Collaborate, consult, and communicate effectively with internal teams and business stakeholders to support recruitment initiatives and operational needs.
- Identify customer and stakeholder needs and leverage systems and technology to deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality outcomes.
- Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide guidance and ensure consistency in the application of Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to innovation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
- Support projects and special initiatives related to staffing, mergers and acquisitions, onboarding, compliance, assessments, and case management.
- Utilize knowledge of Talent Acquisition services and business operations to educate, advise, and influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to a variety of internal stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive employee and candidate information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience collaborating with Talent Acquisition teams, HR professionals, business leaders, and employees across multiple organizational levels.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a corporate Talent Acquisition or recruitment environment.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, HireVue, TalentSource CRM, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions initiatives.
- Experience presenting information to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Pay
Pay Range: $19-$20.50/hr. on W2
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8-5pm CST
