About the role

Responsible for executing the RPO Program's or Client's recruitment strategy to fill leadership and key individual contributor roles in a timely manner. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and structuring offer packages. You will develop qualified active and passive candidate pipelines through research, screening, and networking while building relationships with hiring managers and HR leadership to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience and promote the client's employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the interview process and screen candidates, providing hiring managers with detailed assessments and recommendations.
• Fill key leadership and individual contributor roles promptly using diverse sourcing methods and maintaining a strong recruitment network.
• Develop collaborative relationships with client leadership, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Corporate Compensation to understand business strategy, needs, culture, hiring processes, compensation practices, and approval processes.
• Perform all required system documentation and dispositioning of candidates in accordance with standard operating procedures and timelines.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for assigned client programs through face-to-face interactions, candidate calls, job fairs, and social media to position the client as a destination employer of choice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS).
• 5+ years of professional experience in RPO, Corporate Talent Acquisition, and/or Agency work.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $68,480 - $102,720. Final offer amount may vary based on experience and geographic location. Specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
