About the role
This role is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. It involves managing the full-cycle recruiting process for various positions within a manufacturing facility, from sourcing to hiring, and building a high-performing workforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions by sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates
- Build from the ground up by managing the full lifecycle of recruiting, hiring, and growing the talent needed to start and grow the factory
- Develop sustainable pipelines of top talent using a variety of resources and techniques
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and plant leadership to understand talent needs and deliver top-quality candidates
- Passively source by using traditional and innovative methods to identify and attract passive candidates
- Ensure every candidate interaction reflects the company's culture, values, and commitment to excellence
- Drive efficiency by managing high-volume requisitions while maintaining speed, quality, and compliance
- Maintain and monitor vendor relationships
- Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and workforce agencies to expand talent pools
- Champion employer branding initiatives that support recruiting activities
Requirements

- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities while delivering results

- Strategic orientation and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive deep and meaningful cross-functional relationships
- Ability to partner with senior leaders and consult them on all aspects of the recruitment process
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution
Qualifications
- Digitally savvy and comfortable working across multiple recruiting platforms and sourcing tools
- Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite experience
- Proven ability to manage high requisition volumes and deliver quality hires
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders to shape workforce planning
- Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and tools for both exempt and non-exempt hiring
- Knowledge of HR policies, practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations in a results-measured environment
- Technical knowledge of cutting-edge recruiting techniques a plus

Benefits
The salary range for this role is $66,457 - $93,039 annually. Additional benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off (PTO). Eligible employees may also receive an annual bonus based on company performance.
