About the role

This role supports the Sparks, 3D, and EMEA teams within the Talent Acquisition department.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting including job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, and assessment of candidates.
- Partner with senior hiring leaders to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, managing stakeholder expectations.
- Recruit passive candidates and assess alignment of professional goals and expertise with Freeman’s mission and values.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship building; conduct qualitative interviews and provide consultative recommendations.
- Present well-designed recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process; screen candidates for skills and aptitude.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine offer components; negotiate effectively with candidates.
- Lead special projects and recruiting initiatives; identify best practices, develop interviewing techniques, create internal referral networks, and maintain compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5-8 years of professional recruiting experience; corporate experience strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with executive search and recruitment of C-level candidates.
- Savvy talent pipeline development skills; capable of managing complex search projects and engaging with online communities.
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Software.
- Demonstrated success in managing the entire recruiting life-cycle; proven ability to provide consultative support to internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and guidelines applicable to recruitment and staffing.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to support stakeholders at all levels.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Recruiting certifications from recognized sources preferred.
- Travel up to 25%.
