Responsible for ensuring high quality standards in the paint shop operations, including testing, inspecting, and validating products to meet specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
• Conduct inspections and tests on paint shop equipment and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
• Document findings and provide recommendations for process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards
• Experience with paint shop equipment and materials
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
