Senior Quality Engineer - Orlando, FL

About the role

Responsible for ensuring high-quality standards across all product development phases. Works closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
• Conduct inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Identify and report potential quality issues to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality problems
• Document findings and recommendations in quality reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
• Experience with quality inspection tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
