Responsibilities
- Coordinate with task teams to plan and deliver key project deliverables
- Develop and monitor program performance metrics to improve effectiveness
- Enhance and update program procedures for optimization
- Identify, document, and address risks; verify corrective action effectiveness
- Lead and support audits and assessments to evaluate program health
- Review audit and assessment findings for objective evidence and improvements
- Train personnel on program requirements and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a technical field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum 10 years of related experience in quality and safety management
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation; U.S. Citizenship required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; data analysis tools are a plus
- Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and adherence to federal drug-free workplace rules
