Sr. Quality and Safety Programs Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with task teams to plan and deliver key project deliverables
• Develop and monitor program performance metrics to improve effectiveness
• Enhance and update program procedures for optimization
• Identify, document, and address risks; verify corrective action effectiveness
• Lead and support audits and assessments to evaluate program health
• Review audit and assessment findings for objective evidence and improvements
• Train personnel on program requirements and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a technical field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in quality and safety management
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation; U.S. Citizenship required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; data analysis tools are a plus
• Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and adherence to federal drug-free workplace rules
