Are you an experienced program manager passionate about driving customer-centric operational excellence? This role defines and tackles complex, high-priority initiatives with broad organizational impact. You will set new goals where strategy is unclear and help the workforce adapt to significant change by identifying service delivery gaps and developing solutions.

About the role

The goal is to raise the bar on employee experience while optimizing the cost of providing PXT services. You will drive operational and experience-forward efficiencies, establish best practices, and influence others to resolve issues at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Align team priorities to execute cyclical and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify tradeoffs and resourcing needs to support the business at scale.
  • Build innovative, scalable talent management mechanisms to grow and retain critical talent, including rotating leaders into hard-to-fill global roles.
  • Recognize gaps between global and business-specific needs and creatively find solutions.
  • Influence central teams by advocating for change and sharing best practices.
  • Partner with the Analytics team to identify integration opportunities and address talent needs using data and themes.
  • Leverage generative AI technology to drive measurable outcomes and business insights from data sets.
  • Evaluate solutions for quality, business impact, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Conduct post-launch evaluations to understand successes and improvement opportunities while establishing methods for sustained adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR or business function experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 3+ years of program or project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

Pay

Base salary range: $149,800.00 - $202,600.00 USD annually (Seattle, WA).
