Sr Purchasing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Executing global sourcing strategies
• Building strong supplier relationships
• Managing supply consistent authorized investment strategies
• Managing supplier performance and driving continuous supplier improvement
• Managing risk with contingencies and effective business planning
• Defining and deploying action plans to ensure recovery
• Maintaining acceptable levels of serviceability
• Identifying and driving corrective actions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, related fields
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, commodity, purchasing and sourcing or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Organization skills
• Experience working for a global company
• Understanding complexities of managing global organization
• Flexibility (time zone differences)
• Able to come into the office 3 days a week, the rest being remote
