Sr Provider Solution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation and change management of systems and technologies for physicians and physician offices.
• Provides training and first level support for dictation and voice recognition technologies.
• Learns and supports HCA IT&S software according to HCA and Division IT&S standards and guidelines.
• Collaborates and leads discussions to improve processes for physician support.
• Proactively identifies and addresses physician support needs.
• Coordinates service requests and incident resolutions through the Division Service Desk.
• Monitors and communicates trends and issues affecting provider relationships.
• Provides on-call support and serves as a lead or subject-matter expert for provider support to the Service Desk Community.
• Ensures providers and staff have access to appropriate patient data and promotes system security.
• Trains providers, hospital business partners, and physician office staff on new and current applications and workflows.
• Works with facility and division colleagues to enable a successful physician experience and foster improved customer service interactions.

Qualifications

• College graduate or advanced course studies in healthcare related field.
• 3-5 years previous experience in healthcare field.
