Sr. Project Manager- SDLC, Global Architecture & Engineering, and AI COE
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise-scale initiatives across the Global Engineering & Architecture Organization including Global Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Global Architecture Policies/Standards as well as AI Center of Excellence.
Operates with minimal oversight in ambiguous, high-risk environments, driving alignment across Technology, Security, infrastructure, and our business stakeholders. Ensures delivery against aggressive timelines, regulatory expectations, and enterprise risk reduction goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, global technology programs across full lifecycle (initiation through closeout)
- Manage integrated project plans aligned to Architecture & Engineering pathways and enterprise delivery standards
- Cook up cross-functional teams across Engineering, Architecture, Data, AI, and Business
- Enforce architecture governance checkpoints and approvals throughout delivery
- Coordinate intake, prioritization, and execution of AI use cases and pilots
- Track and report on all assigned initiatives, including value realization, risks, and dependencies
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and financials across multiple workstreams
- Ensure delivery against committed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues - particularly those impacting security posture or regulatory compliance
- Implement structured governance, including executive-level reporting, risk reviews, and decision forums
- Manage program governance including phase gates, reporting, and executive updates
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive escalation
- Own financial planning, forecasting, and variance management
- Serve as the primary point of coordination across the efforts across all stakeholders
- Facilitate executive steering committees and governance forums to drive timely decision-making
- Translate technical risks and remediation strategies into clear executive-level insights
- Build strong partnerships across internal teams and external vendors
- Drive decision-making and cross-team alignment
- Facilitate Governance forums (SteerCo, ARB, AI COE working sessions, program reviews)
- Drive adoption of SDLC and AI delivery standards across teams
- Support organizational change, training, and communication for AI and SDLC adoption
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management leading complex, enterprise initiatives
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Experience working within Architecture and Engineering-driven environments
- Experience delivering complex, cross-functional, global programs
- Strong governance, risk, and financial management experience
- Experience with delivery tools (Jira, ServiceNow, portfolio tools, etc.)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with AI lifecycle concepts (data ingestion, model development, deployment, monitoring)
- Experience coordinating across data, engineering, and business teams for AI use cases
- Exposure to AI governance, risk, and compliance considerations (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise SDLC implementation or transformation programs
- Experience with Architecture governance and review boards
- Background in DevOps, CI/CD, or Engineering Excellence initiatives
- Familiarity with AI platforms, cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS), or data platforms
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification
