As the Sr. Project Manager, Professional Services, you will manage multiple large and complex billable projects to time, budget, quality, and contracted deliverables. This hands-on role combines business and technical leadership, requiring you to gather customer requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and determine the team needed to drive project success.

  • Oversee solution architecture and delivery by leading the design, architecture, implementation, and delivery of large-scale storage and infrastructure solutions while applying project and program management best practices.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and operational challenges by proactively identifying risks, implementing mitigation plans, navigating resource constraints, and aligning with customer operational and change management processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and PMO excellence through adherence to PMO standards, development of professional services best practices, participation in GPMO initiatives, and contribution to new service offerings and business improvement programs.
  • Collaborate across NetApp organizations to optimize service delivery, maximize customer backlog utilization, align project objectives with business goals, and ensure successful execution of strategic professional services initiatives.

Requirements

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Expert spreadsheet capabilities and proficiency with project management applications for reporting, tracking, checklists, and scheduling.
  • Technical expertise in systems, storage, and data management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with and lead teams to meet aggressive goals and predefined timelines.
