(Sr) Project Manager - Neurosciences Psychiatry or Rare Diseases Team - Remote based in the US

For our client, we are seeking a (Sr) Project Manager - Neurosciences Psychiatry or Rare Diseases Team - Remote based in the US to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee cross-functional project delivery for complex clinical programs within psychiatry and rare disease therapeutic areas. The position serves as a key liaison between sponsor stakeholders, regional leads, and vendor partners to keep timelines, budgets, and quality standards on track. Success in this role will require strong communication, financial stewardship, and disciplined issue management throughout the project lifecycle. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact between the sponsor and the organization Ensure adherence to escalation pathways for communication issues Define and communicate responsibilities for regional leads and vendors Be accountable for the timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality delivery of projects Demonstrate financial management and contract understanding at the project level Establish and manage customer expectations for project outcomes Drive risk identification and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required 8+ years of relevant experience in global trial management for psychiatric or neurological rare diseases Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for cross-functional team coordination Proficiency in project management principles and financial stewardship Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders Benefits Standard Monday to Friday work schedule Collaborative office environment Opportunities for professional growth in a specialized therapeutic area Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
