Sr Clinical Project Manager - Remote US

About the role

Drive complex clinical programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. Work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only. No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple global clinical projects throughout all phases of the lifecycle
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, on time and on budget
• Act as the main liaison with clients for project communication
• Lead the development of clinical trials and related documentation
• Mentor and develop project team members
• Participate in process improvement and training initiatives
• Contribute to business development proposals and attend bid defenses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 5–7+ years of experience in clinical research or life sciences as a Project Manager
• Strong understanding of the drug development process
• Experience with protocol review and project success assessment

• Budgeting, forecasting, and resource utilization for clinical trials

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
