Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects from initiation through successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and executive status reporting.
- Cook up cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Network, Security, Cloud, End User Computing, Store Operations, Vendors, and Business Stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, sprint planning sessions, and executive updates.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues while driving timely resolution and mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope, change requests, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Support Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies based on project needs.
- Promote project management, best practices and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of project management experience managing enterprise infrastructure or technology projects.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Current Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Scrum certification.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments with the ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage project backlogs.
- Ability to take high-level business and technical requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories, epics, and actionable work items.
- Experience partnering with solution architects to refine technical requirements and collaborating closely with development teams to decompose work into manageable tasks.
- Technical aptitude to understand infrastructure concepts, ask the right questions, and effectively communicate with architects, engineers, and developers.
- While hands-on coding experience is not required, candidates should be comfortable working within technical environments and supporting software and infrastructure delivery teams.
- Proven ability to engage with development teams to clarify requirements, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
Pay Range
$65 - $75 per hour
