SR Project Manager- Heavy CIvil/Highway

About the role

The Senior Project Manager at Ralph L Wadsworth Construction will provide overall leadership and direction for large, complex industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution in partnership with the Superintendent
• Full P&L responsibility including forecasting, cost control, and profitability
• Change order strategy, negotiations, and risk management
• CPM schedule oversight and recovery planning
• Primary client and stakeholder relationships
• Financial reporting and executive updates
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience managing large, complex civil, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience owning project financials (P&L, forecasting, cost control)
• Strong working knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction contract management
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage demanding client relationships
