Responsibilities

• Communicate to key management colleagues and team members about multiple project activities across regions or functions
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs
• Select and utilize project implementation documentation, including toolkits and migration schedules
• Support project facilitation by escalating risks and their impact on business initiatives to management
• 40% Strategic support for the portfolio of work:
  • Design and create strategic documents such as Project Business Cases, Assessments, Communication Plans, and detailed project plans
  • Present project updates and make presentations to senior-level management within Finance
  • Provide support and lead decision-making processes for assigned programs/projects
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making on key project items
• 40% Support of work stream controls and compliance:
  • Proactively follow and adhere to project controls for assigned projects
  • Identify and resolve issues; manage project/program deliverables
  • Manage and mitigate risk, escalate issues to management
  • Ensure change control processes for assigned projects and programs across functions are functioning and aligned
