PROJECT MANAGER, CSP role is responsible for leading a cross-functional, cross-geography project team to plan, execute, and deliver Cloud Service Provider offerings and solutions, primarily focusing on compute, storage, and GPU product lines. This role ensures projects are completed on time and within budget, directly impacting the organization’s ability to deliver complex technology solutions effectively. Responsibilities:Manage project scope to meet time and cost constraintsEnsure end-to-end process execution and identify gapsOwn and manage project deliverablesLead the project team to achieve objectivesEnsure appropriate team composition and functional representationDevelop and execute project schedulesManage decision checkpoint processesMonitor execution and drive functional commitmentsProvide timely and accurate project status updatesConduct project risk management and change controlEscalate issues as necessaryConduct lessons learned sessions for continuous improvementAct as project owner interface with customers Requirements:Experience in compute, storage, or GPU product linesMinimum 8 years of relevant work experiencePreferred experience in OEM, ODM, or system integration within the data center industrySenior-level project management skills; PMI certification preferredStrong customer focus and financial acumen; MBA is a plusFluent English communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic, multicultural, global environmentStrong cross-functional collaboration skillsEffective leadership through complexity and ambiguityProven ability to manage multiple complex projectsProficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project scheduling tools Pay Range and Compensation Package:The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 160,600–246,215 USD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. Candidates may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
